Alia Johnson (née Martin) is a composer, sound designer, and multi-instrumentalist from Sacramento, California. Now living in the Los Angeles area, she works with diverse mediums including film, animation, commercial work, dance, and theater. Her extensive musical range allows her to write for a multitude of genres, depending on the tone of the project.
Alia earned her associate degree in composition at American River College in 2017. She obtained her bachelor’s in composition from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in May of 2019.
Alia believes that every piece of art has a voice. And her main objective is to help that voice come to life.
